Scott Wolverton

About Scott Wolverton

Scott Wolverton is an independent country/Americana artist from Seward, Nebraska, bringing a modern voice to the timeless sound of traditional country, folk, and heartland rock. A singer, songwriter, and guitarist, Wolverton’s music is rooted in honest storytelling, strong melodies, and the kind of songs that feel equally at home on a back porch, an open highway, or a packed dance floor.

Raised in the heart of the Great Plains, Wolverton draws inspiration from the people, places, and stories that shaped him. His songs explore life on the road, relationships, growing up, and the restless feeling of always chasing what comes next. His sound blends traditional country influences with the rawness and freedom of Americana, creating music that feels familiar without being stuck in the past.

Wolverton has built his career independently from the ground up, performing across the Midwest and beyond and sharing stages with established national acts. Whether performing as a stripped-down acoustic act or with a full band, he brings an energetic, authentic presence to every stage.

With new music continuing to roll out, Scott Wolverton is carving out his own place in the next generation of independent country artists—one song, one show, and one mile down the road at a time.
