About David Brookings
David Brookings has been writing and recording music since the age of nine, building a career that’s taken him from Richmond, VA to Memphis, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and now Nashville. While working as a tour guide at the legendary Sun Studio, he recorded multiple albums in the same room where Elvis and Johnny Cash began their careers. With a catalog spanning decades and a respected presence in the power-pop community, David now brings his seasoned songwriting and storytelling to intimate acoustic stages around Nashville.
